Are your crystals real?

With the exception of some widely known man-made materials such as sandstone, opalite (which we clearly label as synthetic in the product details), all our crystals are entirely natural. If desired, we can provide certification upon request (additional appraisal fees apply).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes ,we do international shipping. We ship to Europe and North America mostly.

1.The crystals are natural. Once sold, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Natural flaws that may exist in natural crystals, like ice cracks and cotton-like inclusions, are normal phenomena and do not affect their beauty or value.

2.If you discover any damage during the unpacking process, please contact us promptly within7 days Due to the high cost of international logistics, we are unable to accept returns, but we will definitely provide a reasonable compensation solution, such as a refund or free replacement of the damaged item.
